The municipal call center is the place for all resident, business-owner, worker and visitor inquires; it is open 24 hours a day, all year round.
The center receives inquiries, directs callers to the necessary professionals in the municipality and ensures that the inquirer receives a response.
Preferred service is provided for disabled parking issues, the hearing impaired and domestic violence.
After regular municipal working hours, the call center serves as your address for all urgent issues.
